About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2018, and today I have a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for the way I lead and support my own team now.

Community involvement is important to me—I participate in a variety of local events and support several charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

I offer PTO, sick days, a Simple IRA, license reimbursement, and a healthy work–life balance. I want my team to feel supported both personally and professionally. Our office is very family-oriented, outgoing, and team-driven. I’m looking for someone who fits well in that environment—someone who brings positive energy, communicates well, and ideally has experience or is already licensed.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
